Tuesday Tip: Getting ready for the Holidays

GOBBLE GOBBLE Don't get Wobble..

Tuesday tip: Are you getting ready for the holidays?
Are you the last minute kind of person that go all month for those special gifts for that someone? Here is a website that I love. Organize for the Holidays.
I would like to make some homemade gifts this year. Such as cookies and other mix in a jar.
I got a book from Gooseberry Patch and want to work on some of their stuffs. Even one from maryengelbreit. She got some cute stuffs too.

They all got some homemade gifts and recipes too.

So, don't get all deck out and get crazy. Enjoy your Holidays, all of them.

Nancy

  1. For us, it's just the kind of rest up between Halloween and Thanksgiving. We have lost all of our local family through the years and just lost my father in law in Jan- so these will be our first holidays without him. Also the oldest went through a divorce and is single and the youngest is dating someone, but it's more of a friendship thing, so no girls either.
It will be the four of us- but we will eat well and it will be easy to get ready for.
We start on Christmas decor the Friday after Thanksgiving!
    Hugs- Tete

  3. Hi Nancy, We give money to our sons and their families so my gift giving is limited to the grands. Something small plus money. When we were a young family Don's parents gave us a check each December, early for Christmas and we needed that to buy our childrens presents some years. I don't think they ever knew we did that but might have suspected it. Have a great day.

  5. I have a big family and we draw mames. We use to do cookies exchange, Snacks basket or bag. We buy the same thing and everyone pass around and share. DInner gift cerficate up to $50 dollars. My nieces and nephews are now grown up and they did bar/donner gift cerficate.
We also play a silly gifts exchange of $5 or $10. We just buy for the great grandkids.
